Our team at The Menopause Management are here to support those who are struggling with the menopause and its associated symptoms.

I was really struggling anxiety and hot flushes. I didn’t think that I could manage them, but thanks to this course I am finding life so much more manageable.

For those that are struggling with the menopause, we provide a six week intervention course, which is delivered face to face or online within a small supportive and collaborative group.  The course is based on evidential research by doctors dedicated to women’s health and years of developing the efficacy of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. 

The course has provided numerous women with practical skills, support, information and confidence to self manage their menopause.

We want to support women through the delivery of our course that might be struggling with some or all of the symptoms associated with the menopause. Women report anxiety, stress, hot flushes and insomnia as their top concerns.

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) for menopausal symptoms is an evidenced based and non medical intervention to introduce coping skills and useful strategies to help manage and reduce the impact on daily life. The intervention is a practical skills based training course developed by clinical psychologists to be delivered by health professionals.

Every Wednesday morning we will be running a free clinic on instagram. Come and post your questions on the open clinic. Our professional, accredited counsellor with over 20 years of experience, specialising in supporting women experiencing psychological symptoms of menopause will be on hand to respond.
